Terms & Conditions

Please ensure that you have read and fully understood the terms and conditions prior to booking any treatment.

1. Appointments and Cancellations

All skin & hair experts, doctors, at Arcane Clinics are trained and approved in accordance with the clinic’s treatment protocols. If you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact us immediately at +91-88001 21301.

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to cancel or reschedule before 24 hours will result in the loss of the booked treatment, any discounted offers, and forfeiture of your deposit/advance.

Please arrive for your appointment at least 10 minutes in advance to complete necessary paperwork. We will endeavour to ensure that your appointment runs on time; however, in unavoidable circumstances where we need to cancel or postpone your appointment at short notice, we will make every effort to inform you in advance.

2. Information Collected

We may collect the following information:

  • Personal details such as your name, age, gender
  • E-mail address and contact number
  • Any message or details you submit to specify your concern or query

3. E-mail, SMS & Telephone Calls

From time to time, Arcane Clinics will contact you to send information related to your health records, treatments you are availing, and ongoing offers at the clinic. We may contact you via e-mail, SMS, or telephone calls using the contact details you provide at the time of registration or via the “Book Appointment”/“Contact Us” form.

By using our services and providing your contact details, you authorize us to communicate with you through any of the above-mentioned methods. If incorrect contact information is provided, Arcane Clinics will not be responsible for loss of information or privacy breaches.

We may engage a third-party vendor to manage certain e-mail and SMS communications on our behalf. Your contact information will not be used for any purpose other than communication related to our services.

4. Call & IP Logs

We maintain standard call logs, recordings, and IP logs for all visitors and customers who contact us or access our application/website. This information is stored securely and accessed only by authorized personnel for service delivery or internal analysis.

5. Course and Treatment Plans

When a Course or Treatment Plan is booked, it is understood that the patient will complete the full course as advised. We will not be held responsible for patients changing their minds and no refunds will be provided unless exceptional health-related circumstances deem the patient unsuitable for the treatment. This policy does not apply to patients booking from an existing value package.

6. Treatment Suitability

Before commencing any treatment, our medical team will assess whether the procedure is suitable for you and likely to be effective. If treatment is deemed unsuitable, we will explain the reasons. In such cases, you will only be liable for the consultation fee, where applicable.

7. Liability

Arcane Clinics will not be liable for:

  • Any economic loss (including, without limitation, loss of profit)
  • Any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising from our services

It is the patient’s responsibility to provide complete and accurate medical details prior to treatment. Failure to disclose relevant information may result in treatment complications, for which Arcane Clinics will not be held liable.

Patients must follow all post-treatment care instructions provided by our team. Nothing in these terms excludes Arcane Clinics’ liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence.

8. Your Right to Complain

We strive to treat all patients with care, compassion, and fairness.

If you have any concerns regarding your treatment, you may lodge a complaint verbally, via phone, or in writing. If required, we may schedule an additional consultation with the concerned practitioner as part of our resolution process. If you are dissatisfied with the outcome, your case will be reviewed by the clinic’s Directors.

9. Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

Arcane Clinics does not entertain returns, refunds, or cancellations under any circumstances.
